Chickahominy Falls welcomed a new wave of potential homeowners to the community on April 12^th. Our Spring Forward event gave guests a chance to explore the community, meet current residents, and get a feel for the lifestyle that makes this community so unique. It was a laid-back afternoon filled with good conversations, local vendors, tours of the amenities—and just the right touch of spring sunshine to top it all off. It was a true showcase of everything that makes Chickahominy Falls such a special place to call home.

Attendees also shopped the local market, and got a taste of the active, farm-inspired lifestyle that sets us apart. Whether it was strolling through The Barn, chatting by the farm, or enjoying local bites and goods, the event offered something for everyone.

Big Announcements: Our Site Plan & Fieldhouse Campus Reveal

One of the most exciting opportunities of the day was the official release of our new site plan and Fieldhouse Campus renderings. We’re thrilled to share that this next phase of Chickahominy Falls will include 168 thoughtfully designed new homes—expanding the opportunity for even more individuals to join our growing community.

The Fieldhouse Campus is set to become a new hub of energy and connection. It will feature:

• An inviting outdoor patio, pool, fire pit, and silo bar
• Pickleball courts for active fun and friendly competition
• Generous open space perfect for hosting larger community events and a variety sized meeting rooms for the growing clubs and activities

This expansion will provide even more places for neighbors to gather, unwind, and create lasting memories together.
