Aligns Company for Future Growth
Roger Glover, CEO of Cornerstone Homes, an exclusive builder of active adult communities, today announced the expansion of Cornerstone’s leadership team plus promotions for key team players. Leading the announcements is the appointment of Frank Lackman as President of Cornerstone Homes. Mr. Glover noted “Cornerstone and its customers will benefit from Frank’s 30+ years experience in residential building and development. We are looking to him for leadership and implementation to enable Cornerstone Homes’ achieving its long term vision and goals.” Prior to joining Cornerstone, Mr. Lackman served as a Division President with a Fortune 500 national homebuilder in Maryland and Northern Virginia. His success in taking a strategic vision and executing large-scale initiatives is well suited to help Cornerstone Homes’ growth as a premier builder of active adult communities. Frank is a graduate of the esteemed McIntire School of Commerce University of Virginia. Also announced is the hiring of Tom Gancsos as Director of Sales for Cornerstone Homes. Mr. Glover said, “Tom will be responsible for developing company-wide strategic sales objectives, plus leading Cornerstone’s high-performing sales force. We are looking forward to his leadership in market research, product identification and sales growth in all our existing and planned developments .” Tom brings 35 years of experience in the new home industry in various positions in management, land acquisition and development, sales and marketing, construction and warranty. Recently, he served as Richmond Division President of Orleans Homes, a Top 5 National Builder. He previously had been a Regional VP of Operations for Ryland Homes overseeing the homebuilding operations of Ryland in 3 States. Dotti Haines Houlihan is promoted to Cornerstone Homes’ Director of Marketing and Public Relations. Mr. Glover noted: “For 9 years Dotti has helped Cornerstone establish its market recognition, good reputation, and rapport with our homebuyers. She will be leading Cornerstone Homes’ marketing, advertising, plus our community relations.” Dotti’s additional responsibilities include enhancing the connectivity and happiness of homeowners through social events and activities at all Cornerstone Homes’ communities. Cornerstone is not just recognized for building unique, single-story homes but for creating dynamic active adult communities that emphasizes fun, active and healthy lifestyles for its residents. Additionally, Caitlin Ivey has been promoted to Purchasing Agent. Caitlin has been instrumental in the implementation of new software systems for Cornerstone. Caitlin is a recent graduate of VCU with a Bachelors Degree Majoring in Math Statistics and Operations Research and a Minor in Business.
