The Grove at Lucks Lane

We make sure our homeowners are connected from the get go.   For the 27 new homeowners that are waiting for their homes to start, we decided to jump start those connections by hosting a cocktail party at our sister community, The Cove in Chester, so the Grove homeowners could start getting to know their neighbors now!   With social distancing rules in place, it was heartwarming to hear the chatter about who will be living next door to each other, common interests, travel ideas and more.   At the conclusion of the event, a small group of the new homeowners went out to dinner together!   It is so rewarding to see new friendships blooming in a new community!  With neighbors who will be more like family, in the same stage of life, and ready to enjoy life, this is the beginning of a strong sense of community at The Grove!!
