The Villas at Pepper's Ferry is located in the heart of Virginia's New River Valley, in Montgomery County near Blacksburg and Christiansburg, VA.

This active and vibrant community opened for residents in the summer of 2005. The Villas at Pepper's Ferry is convenient to regional shopping, restaurants, Virginia Tech and Radford University. The spectacular Virginia scenery is breathtaking. If you love the outdoors, you'll love the Huckleberry Trail, a nature and bike path located within easy walking distance of the community. This six mile long trail is part of the Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, extending along a former railway line from Christiansburg to Blacksburg.
