"We chose the Villas at Pepper's Ferry because everytime we visited our son we dreamed of retiring in Christiansburg.  One of our favorite pastimes is to cook and entertain at the same time.  We chose the Chateau floor plan because it is perfect for entertaining!  We also love to interact at the planned social activities at the Clubhouse.  It brings us closer to all our neighbors.  Moving here has changed our lives in many ways.  We use the gym every day, walk on the Huckleberry Trail, and walk through our community and say hello to our  neighbors. It is a warm and  welcome place to live!"
